PurelyPope Cauliflower Sticky Rice

Cauliflower Sticky RIce

This cauliflower sticky rice is grain free, gluten free and absolutely delicious! This dish is also insanely simple and pairs well with so many different dishes, you could pair it with fish, a stir fry or even have it on it’s own. Let’s dive into it!

Cauliflower Sticky Rice Specifics

As I mentioned, this cauliflower sticky rice is insanely easy, and will most likely be a weekly occurrence in your household, like it is in mine! Here’s what you need…

  • Cauliflower Rice: I typically buy mine pre-riced, frozen, but fresh works as well. You could also buy a head of cauliflower and rice it yourself with a food processor. This recipe will also work with any kind of rice you have, so feel free to substitute if you need!
  • Coconut Aminos: I love coconut aminos as a gluten free substitute to soy sauce. It also has a sweet taste to it as well, which adds great flavor to the rice.
  • Tapioca Starch: Tapioca starch is extracted from cassava, and it works well as a replacement for any sort of starch. It works well to create an amazing, sticky texture and is definitely required for the recipe!
  • Monk Fruit: Granulated monk fruit adds a tad of sweetness to the rice, which adds good flavor. It’s a great zero-glycemic sweetener, which means that it won’t have any affect on blood sugar!
